About the Founder
Rita Zhang is a native Mandarin speaker.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, a Master’s degree in Multilingual and Multicultural Studies, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instructional Design.
Before working independently, Rita worked in a training role within the HR department of a Chinese internet company, where she supported adult learners in structured learning environments.
Her academic training and professional experience inform how she approaches Mandarin today, with a focus on adult learning, instructional design, and real-world language use.
